At Helly Hansen, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your professional-grade gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
